Power Up Cookies
These Power Up Cookies are the perfect blend of wholesome ingredients and a sweet treat! Made with real food ingredients like bananas, oats, clean protein powder, and peanut butter, they’re packed with protein and fiber to keep you fueled and satisfied. Enjoy them as an on-the-go snack or dessert you can feel good about!
Makes 16 cookies
Ingredients :
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup runny organic peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 scoop clean vanilla protein powder or plain collagen peptides
1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats, pulsed in food processor for 30 seconds (or use quick oats)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
In a medium bowl, combine the protein powder and oats. Transfer the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
Next, stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of the dough onto the baking sheet, forming each into a small disk. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, then allow to cool completely before enjoying.
